9:55 we are making notes for the last bit of album production! got some gaps in the tracklist... some notes on existing tracks... here we go

10:11

howler - stuff is quieter than drums (DONE)

h3 - talkit vocals/layering (DONE)

h5 - snare more stupider (DONE)

h7 - wider blip, more bass on drums (DONE)

11:49 it's truly one of the best feelings in the world to make a bad snare. a snare that is so terrible. yes

15th

10:34 (am) we're back... some mixing, some editing

turned down eerie phenomena

12:06 starfish is promoted

1:29 improved thereabouts mix

16th

1:19 (am) because the construction of this is all so... haphazard, it's certainly less cohesive than the other two albums. but i think my best work is on here. first six tracks are pretty solidified, i can see images forming, it's wonderful

17th

yesterday was a day for the psyche and i didn't touch the album at all. i didn't even listen to it during the day, which is still sort of today. if you're interested, the album cover is a photo taken across from 40 Prince St, NYC

i think you should know there are A LOT of FNAF 3 sounds on this. i downloaded all the sound effects off a website and it's one of six sample packs that i used

1:59 (am) some tracklist adjustments (not so keen on current vers of ruth, cabin, thereabouts, leaving) (added crosby)

11:51 eerie is diff now. LEAVE VOLUME ALONE!

19th

12:53 (am) nothing yesterday. added P5FT

2:06 updated ruth in the same sort of way that i did starfish (ie made it faster). decided that P5FT is going to be the worst track on the album because i said so

3:39 everything up to the last three tracks (of 15 - now includes existential avarice) is in ship shape. excepting P5FT!!! jacob i need your vox! a halfway point between unprocessed human voice and computer! then there's the train. i don't know if i should include the train.

howler is an album for running home from the club

19th

4:26 (pm) jacob sends me the vocals for P5FT and they are incredibly dumb and that's exactly what i wanted, frankly

20th

1:02 (pm) new version of squonk last night, forgot to mention

21st

12:37 (am) so the album has 15 tracks and they are all good and i have listened to it on a few different pairs of headphones and i am okay with maybe making a few small changes and then letting the album leave my hands and throwing it into the universe yknow?

1:19 it's done (but now there is posting to be done)
